What's it compatible with?
The Sausage & Kebab Turner is compatible with standard square 4 to 6 burner BBQs that have a grill plate.
Not suitable for oval-shaped BBQs (e.g., Weber) or BBQs with only a flat plate.
Check your grill size before purchasing – A minimum cooking area of 445mm x 295mm is required for proper use.
If using this product on an incompatible BBQ, ensure the gear panel is not placed over the heat source and that the motor is positioned at least 5cm away from direct heat.
🚨 Warranty Notice: Damage caused by improper use on an incompatible BBQ will not be covered under warranty.
What’s the motor and battery life like?
The product is operated with a battery operated motor with a 16 hour battery life on 3 x AA batteries.
What is the warranty policy?
If your product develops a fault within 1 year of purchase, we’ll send a replacement part at no cost.
Please read the instructions carefully before use to avoid any accidental damage that could affect warranty eligibility.
If a full product replacement is required, we will provide a return label, and a new product will be shipped once the return is lodged.
